Where your order ships from
Every Shipster order is packed and dispatched from our fulfilment partner in Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, and goes out with tracking on every parcel.
How long it takes
Two stages, and both count:
- Packing: 3–5 business days
- In transit: 7–14 business days
- Total: 10–19 business days
These are business days, so weekends and public holidays in Korea and in your own country fall outside them. Korean holidays such as Seollal and Chuseok can add a few days.
What it costs
- Orders of $50 or more: free.
- Orders under $50: a flat $9.90.
The rate is the same wherever we ship.
Import duties and taxes
Our prices do not include the import duties, taxes or customs fees your own country may charge. Parcels are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid, which means any such charge is billed to you by the carrier or your customs authority when the parcel arrives, and is separate from what you paid us.
Customers in the United States: the $800 de minimis exemption that used to let low-value parcels enter duty-free ended on 29 August 2025. Duties may now apply to a parcel of any value. We cannot tell you the amount in advance, as it depends on the goods and the rate in force when the parcel clears.
We are not able to mark parcels as gifts or declare a value lower than what you paid.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once the parcel leaves Korea. It can take a few days to start updating while the parcel is in transit between carriers — that gap is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Where we ship
We ship to 33 countries. If yours can be selected at checkout, we ship there.
Wrong address or a parcel that has not arrived
Check your address carefully before ordering — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has left Korea. If tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days, email us at 60spicks@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier.
